The view from our room, bed was more comfortable, the room was very clean and it was big enough for the 2 of us. The breakfast was delicious. Tour to the pools was fantastic, the staff at the reception, our drivers to pools and the rooms they were helpful. Your staff at the bar and at the restaurant were perfect. Actually we enjoyed our stay and we don't mind to come back. Thanks to the manager who granted 2 more hours to check out when we requested it. Keep up the good work guys. You were on point 💯

What a beautiful place. The hotel was stunning, with breathtaking views that felt like something out of a dream. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely wonderful—truly a stay to remember

The property was clean, comfortable and in a stunning setting. Occupancy was lower than I remember it previously but that hasn’t meant a drop in the standard of the Lodge. The staff were outstanding - professional, friendly and committed to going the extra mile for their guests. This includes reception staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping. The young gentleman on duty at the restaurant in the evenings is a gem. They made our trip that much better and we hope to be back not long from now.

The staff were amazing! They really know customer service and made us fee at home, a BIG thank you to Nombuso, Sne, Lettiwe, Londie they were phenomenal. The bed was super comfy and rooms were kept clean all the time.The weather was not so great so some of the facilities couldn't be used, breakfast was nice and fresh, you could tell it was prepared with love.

I traveled with my 18-year-old daughter. We came here to unwind and enjoy all the amenities the resort offers. We were very pleased with the service, our room and breakfast.

Our holiday was lovely as usual, we love that we can stay inside the estate and still have access to everything we need. We loved our room and view. It was well equipped the design and comfort was luxurious, we felt well rejuvenated after our stay.

The room was excellent. Big bed, nice pillows, bath and hot water were amazing. The view was jungle right to our balcony but that's what we wanted. The staff were generally excellent but as we were practically the only people there (we went before half term) they seemed to be operating on a trimmed-down staff. This was fine - we went there to get away from everything -but one day we had a full breakfast buffet and the next we had a la carte from the small bar. I guess they were saving on staff and wastage. The food was excellent though. Also the SPA was first class. The best thing tho was the Durban weather which was v warm given that it was winter. The cart drivers were 1st class.

Warmest staff ever ,in the various roles.Zimbali is a whole adventure,had good fun within the property.security is tops!!Nice facilities,girl slept on a King Bed🥰 Thandi's restaurant gave me a sweet treat for my birthday during breakfast,I was humbled at the gesture 🎉☺️ highlight of my stay !!
